I tried this yesterday and didn't pay much attention until I read the instructions. When I raised my hands above my head, I felt a pleasant tension stretching my neck and shoulders. I had to remind myself to relax multiple times, but after just five minutes, I returned to my desk feeling great! It's all about the body posture: knees bent, feet on the floor, arms out to the sides with elbows bent like a goal post, and palms up. Sliding my hands up past my head really worked!
