Returns & Refunds

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped out yet. To cancel, please email us at support@junional.com.

To change your order, please contact our support team. If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes, and you’ll need to place a new order.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label with a tracking number to send the package back to our warehouse.

Once we receive your item, we initiate a refund immediately. It generally takes 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Junional offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
