The jackets run very small. I usually wear an XL, but I ordered a 4XL after reading reviews to allow for wearing a jumper underneath. However, when it arrived, it was still very small, and I could only wear a T-shirt with it. I was also disappointed to discover that it didn't come with a battery, which I had to order separately after the jacket arrived.

The customer service was excellent. They promptly assisted with the exchange when the size didn't fit, making the process hassle-free.

The jacket is nice, but the placement of the battery pack could be more convenient. It's a minor inconvenience, especially for certain activities.
