Initially, I used it daily and later reduced it to a few times a week. I'll admit, I got lazy and forgot sometimes, which affected the results. However, once I became consistent again, I noticed a significant improvement. I'm 50 now, and my cheeks and the area around my mouth have lifted noticeably. This is a big deal for me as I've been dealing with sagging skin in that area for a few years. Unfortunately, I didn't see the same results on my neck.
