This mask is very comfortable and effectively blocks out light. I sleep from 7 am to 2 pm, and it keeps the light out 100%. It fits easily over my CPAP mask or can be worn underneath it. Overall, it's a high-quality product for its price.

I was worried that the nose bridge part would be too low, but it's not! This product is really nice. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and I like that it can be adjusted for different head sizes. It blocks out light better than other sleep masks I've used and is more comfortable too. I'm a side sleeper, and I didn't find it uncomfortable while lying on my side. The speakers have excellent stereo sound quality, but they don't completely block outside noise since they sit over your ears. It comes with a charging cord and a carry bag, making it a great gift.
